Here you will find frequently asked questions and the corresponding answers. If something still remains unanswered, you can also contact us by phone or e-mail.
All the works we show on our homepage are also stored in our showroom at Kuffnergasse 7 and can be viewed on Thursday and Friday.
On our platform we represent national as well as international artists, who in many cases have completed and enjoyed academic training. However, some artists in our assortment are also self-taught.
Yes we have an in-house frame shop where we produce solid wood frames with museum glass. You can find more information in our frame section.
Within Austria we ship on working days already the next day an order depending on the postal route the work should arrive so in another 2-3 working days with you. If you have ordered outside of Austria the shipping can take longer than 5 days depending on the country you have ordered from. In any case we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your order after it has been shipped.

The return of purchased works is unfortunately not possible because our artists are automatically notified immediately after your purchase that one of their paintings has been sold.
We will gladly deliver the work to your home and hang it for you. For the transport we have set a delivery fee of 150€, this includes of course the hanging of the work.
